Loss your weight
Points to do:-
1.Add protien in your diet,when it comes to weight loss, protien is the king of nutrients....
2.Avoid processed food..
3.Stalk up of healthy foods and snaks..
4.limit your intake of added sugar...
5.Drink water
6.Drink (unsweetened)coffee..
7.suplement with gulcomanan..
8.limit your inatke of added sugar..
Daily Diet:-
- Start your day with turmeric Tea or lemon tea and chia seed drink..
Termeric is the natural detoxifire..
Termeric increase thermo genesis it leads to lose our fat..
After 40 mins..take breakfast:-
- Apple bannana smoothie..

- Apple carrot smoothie..

Lunch
Make a toast bread and on bread place boiled egg and eat it....😉😋😋

After few minutes eat apple slices..and after one a hour drink 1 cup of hatcha tea or regular Green tea.In eggs protien are present and it content most nutrients so it can help us to maintain our body..
Evening
In the evening take some green tea or hatcha tea..In midtime if you hungry then eat cucumbee,carrot or etc. green vegetable it gives u energy...
Dinner
In dinner eat massala oats.Masala oats are oil free or along with the veggies which feels you fuller..

Note:-your dinner will be done at leatst at7:30pm
Night
Take a warm Lemmon juice not added salt
